Noriko
Noriko grew up and went to school in Nagoya, Japan. She continued her education in Washington state, obtaining her BA from Seattle University. During her undergraduate work, she worked as a Japanese language teaching assistant and developed a passion for teaching. Following several years working for a Japanese trading company in Seattle, she went back to school and earned her Masters in Teaching. She is a Washington state certified teacher, K-8th grade. She also has experience teaching at a Japanese pre-school. Throughout her life going to school, working, and raising a family, her passion for contributing to the multi-language, multi-cultural environment of our community has continued to grow. She truly enjoys sharing her language and culture with her students. She is committed to their education and having fun at the same time!
