Coral holds a Bachelor's Degree in Italian Studies from the University of Washington and has spent several months studying Italian Language and Culture in Rome and has traveled extensively throughout Italy. She comes from an Italian American family and is continuously inspired by her roots, currently she enjoys sharing her experience with Italian culture through teaching. She has special interests in nutrition, gardening and gastronomy and likes to approach language instruction through various food topics. She has experience within the non-profit world teaching nutrition, gardening and cooking classes to children of diverse age groups and backgrounds.
